Our Managed Services include PC auditing and license inventory, update and patch management, performance and log monitoring, remote access for immediate service, antivirus prevention and security management, and free support calls during business hours every month. 24/7 Support is available to keep your critical business functions running after normal business hours.

RCG offers multiple tiers of service, each available at a fixed cost, so you can plan your IT budget in advance with no unpleasant surprises. We can offer you complete IT coverage at a fixed montly rate, or we can offer different packages to cover components you select to fit your budget. We offer one complete package for servers, two levels of coverage for workstations, critical peripheral support, and IT phone support:

Server Package

RCG will provide complete coverage against any failure for five years after the initial installation date of your equipment. Your servers are the most critical part of your business IT structure and contain all of your company data and records. If you have multiple servers covered, there will be a multi-server discount applied. RCG will also provide backup monitoring, system performance monitoring, event log monitoring, remote support, remote access, Microsoft patch management, Anti-virus and Security software installation and updates, and phone support.

Workstation Package I

RCG will provide system performance monitoring, event log monitoring, remote support, remote access, Microsoft patch management, Anti-virus and Security software installation and updates, and phone support for any Operating System related issues.

Workstation Package II

RCG will provide system performance monitoring, event log monitoring, remote support, remote access, Microsoft patch management, Anti-virus and Security software installation and updates, and phone support for any Operating System related issues. This package also offers complete parts and labor coverage for workstation repairs done at our shop.

IT Phone Support Package

The IT Phone Support package provides general IT phone support services for technical questions and guidance.
